 The community room is available without a rental fee to local residents and non-profit groups. The community room is available to non-local residents and for-profit groups for a fee of $50.00 per day.  ALL reservations require a $50.00 refundable custodial deposit

  • Please call 515-992-3185, email us at dallascenterpubliclibrary@gmail.com, or come in to reserve a room.
  • Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis for both rooms.
  • The community room may be reserved up to 6 months in advance.
  • The community room is available seven days a week from 8:00 am - 11:00 pm. The study room is available only during library hours.
  • A room request form must be filled out and returned within 48 hours of making the reservation.  Your rental fee and/or deposit must be paid prior receiving the key code to open the door. 
  • Notify the library 48 hours in advance if your event must be canceled.
  • The amenities in the Shelly Cory Community Room include the kitchen, stove/oven, refrigerator; projector, podium, easel.
  • The study room easily accommodates 4 people.
  • A complete copy of the Meeting Room Policy will be given to you when you return your meeting room request form.
